What’s the idea behind the legging extension?

The idea is that you don't need to purchase something you don't need. Almost every girl in the world owns a pair of black leggings at home. If they are already good swim leggings, you don't need to purchase one again. We created these legging-extensions so you can wear them over the leggings you have at home to create coherence in the outfit. 

How can I take care of my swimwear?

The sun is the worst enemy for any garment (and your skin - always use sunblock!)

With swimwear, sun exposure is inevitable. But to prolong your swimwear’s lifetime, it’s very important to hang it to dry indoors because it has already served its time in the sun during your beach/pool hours. 

To wash, simply rinse it with cold water and add a tiny drop of soap to take out any sweat smells. It doesn’t need more than 1 minute of gentle handwashing. Take out the soap very well in the rinsing process. You don’t want to keep it overnight with soap chemicals on it.

Please do not put your swimwear in the washing machine in order to prolong its coloring. Please do not dry clean or iron. Do not put perfume, oils, sunscreen, or any chemicals on your swimwear.

What material is my swimsuit?

Our swimwear is a composition of polyamide, elastane, and polyester. It is created to hold its structure and keep you comfortable at the same time.

Please visit the webpage of the item you want. Select your size and if it is not in stock, a button will appear so you can pre-order it and receive it within 5 weeks

 

What should I wear under my rashguard?

Please choose a sports bra that is a solid color (not a printed or textured bra)

This is to avoid any undergarment showing underneath the print. 

Our rashguards do not have padding inside. Sufficient chest support is much better wearing a separate sports bra so all our rashguards are without cups. 

How do I style a full outfit?

A full outfit for consists of the following. To style, follow these steps

1. Choose the rashguard print you love, everything starts from there.

2. If you chose the long rashguard then you only need leggings (black or navy according to the print you chose). If you chose the regular rashguard then you need leggings and shorts or a skirt (also black or navy).

3. After you've selected the leggings and the shorts/skirt, it's time for some styling fun. If you are a Hijabi, select the turban color you love the most.  We recommend the perfect turban colors to match for each product. 

4. If you are into cover-ups, check out bright colored cover-ups to compliment our outfit.

5. If you haven't heard of our infamous legging-extensions then please check those out. It's a brilliant idea to transform any leggings you have from home into the perfect matching leggings for your rashgaurd. This is a sock-like item (without the feet) to wear over your leggings. They ad coherence and style to the entire look.

    I am in between sizes. What should I do?

    If you are in between sizes, we recommend you size up. Swimwear is generally very fitted and the difference between sizes is not that much, it’s about 4 cm/1.57’’. 

    If you do want a stretched fitted look, then opt for the smaller size.

    How can I request a refund?

    If you are in any way dissatisfied with your item, you can return it to us within 14 days of purchase and we will give you a full refund of the price of the goods (this does not include shipping cost). The item must be unused and with the tickets attached.  

    Can I exchange?

    At the time being, we cannot offer exchanges. To replace an item with a different size or color, we ask that you return your order for a full refund and place a new order for your desired item.

    Can I amend or cancel an order?

    If you make a mistake and immediately realize and want to amend, then of course we will do our best to help. Please email us at help@pepla.international and let us know. We can attempt the requested changes before orders are dispatched. This can only happen if you send the email within a 24 hour time frame of placing your order. After that, the parcel will have already crossed borders.

    Who do I speak to if I have any problems when I receive my order?

    Please email help@pepla.international and mention your problem. This is our operational backend team and they will be fast to act. 

    When will my parcel be delivered? 

    Shipping takes between 4 to 7 business days (business days do not include including weekends)

    How can I track my order?

    Tracking is available on all Standard and Express Delivery services. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from our warehouse with a tracking link for your parcel so you can follow its journey. To find your tracking number and link please check your shipping confirmation email you would have received from us titled "Your order has been dispatched". An example email is attached below along with where to find your tracking number and link.

    What about custom fees?

    You do not need to pay custom fees on Pepla products.
