Please read our return policy carefully:
- As we would never want you to keep an item that isn't your size or something you don't want, you have up to 14 days to return or exchange your item provided it is in perfect condition, unworn and all tags are attached.
- Please note that customers pay shipping fees for the return or exchange, which will be the same as the delivery fee.
The system works as follows:
- You can create a return form online through our website (this is only applicable if you made your order with your email) by logging in to your account on the website. Your username is the email address that you used to create your order with. You will automatically receive an email with your login code. Then, you will find all our orders listed and a “Return” Button on your right-hand side, or you may request a return by emailing help@pepla.international with your order number and the item you would like to return.
- If your return item is unused, in perfect condition, and all tags are attached - your return will be accepted. Untagged items will not be accepted.
- The money will be refunded via the same card used for the purchase and after it is processed, it should be reflected in your account within 7 to 14 working days, depending on your bank.
- For exchanges, please email help@pepla.international with your order number, specifying the item you wish to exchange and the replacement item you'd like. A courier will deliver your new item to you, and another courier will follow up to collect the original item at a later time.
- The courier cannot take back a shipment without an Order Form given to him by the shipping company and hence, opening the shipment upon delivery is not allowed. He can't take back the unpackaged items.
