- We inspect quality first to ensure that items were unused and then we approve/disapprove your request. Only unworn items in perfect condition will be accepted.
- Sale items are not subject to returns. If you receive a sale item with a size that you would like to exchange, you are more than welcome to visit one of our retail stores and make a size exchange at the store provided that the item you received is unused and all ticketing attached.

- You will create a return form online through our website (This is only applicable if you made your order with your email) or you may request a return by emailing help@pepla.store with your order number and the item you would like to return. A courier will be sent to your home to pick up the item. Delivery fees will be added.
For returns, please log in to your account on the website. Your username is the email address that you created your order with. You will automatically receive an email with your login code. Then, you will find all our orders listed and a “Return” Button on your right-hand side.
- When the item is brought back to the Central International Warehouse, we will inspect the quality and send out an email.
- If your return item is unused, in perfect condition, and all tags are attached - your return will be accepted.

-The courier cannot take back a shipment without an Order-Form given to him by the shipping company and hence, opening the shipment upon delivery is not allowed. He can't take back the unpackaged items.
